| TO A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4300 SAN MARINO BLVD IN |
| WEST PALM BEACH. AS WE DISCUSSED I WANT TO SET UP |
| AN APPOINTMENT TO DISCUSS WITH SOMEONE THE PLANS |
| FOR THE ORIGINAL CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPERTY. THE |
| PROPERTY CONSISTS OF 17 BUILDINGS, A CLUBHOUSE, |
| AND A STORAGE FACILITY. THERE ARE FOUR DIFFERENT |
| TYPES OF BUILDINGS AT THE PROPERTY. I UNDERSTAND |
| THE LAST CO FOR THE PROPERTY WAS ISSUED IN JANUARY |
| OF 2003, THE REST OF THE COS WERE ISSUED IN LATE |
| 2002. I WAS ABLE TO LOCATE THE PERMIT NUMBERS FOR |
| THE BUILDINGS, THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS: |

| GENERALLY, I AM LOOKING TO DISCUSS THE USE OF |
| PAPER BACK LATH AND PEEL AND STICK FLASHING AROUND |
| THE WINDOW OPENINGS. THE SECOND ISSUE OF INTEREST |
| IS THE USE OR LACK OF FLASHING AT THE BALCONY |
| EDGES AND COMPARISON TO THE PERMITTED PLANS. |

| THE DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION THAT WAS ASSIGNED TO |
| THIS PROJECT WAS DON NEELY, HOWEVER I UNDERSTAND |
| HE RETIRED A FEW YEARS AGO. THEREFORE, I WOULD |
