| 10/27/14 MET WITH BETTY PARSONS AND INSPECTED THE |
| FLAT ROOF. THE FINAL APPROVED ROOF INSPECTION HAS |
| BEEN RESCINDED. IT APPEARS THAT THE PARAPET |
| WALL/CHIMNEY/SCUPPER OPENINGS WERE NOT FLASHED PER |
| THE ROOFING APPLICATION STANDARDS,SECTION 111/150. |
| IT ALSO APPEARS THAT A BOTTOM SECTION OF A |
| DOWNSPOUT WAS USED AS ROOF SCUPPER. ADVISED THE |
| OWNER THAT THE ROOFING QUALIFIER WILL BE NOTIFIED |
| OF THE NOTED DEFICIENCIES.KC |
| 10/23/14 DHARVEY. SPOKE WITH BETTY PARSONS. SHE IS |
| HAVING A LEAK PROBLEM. AFTER LONG DISCUSSION, SHE |
| MADE A COMMENT ABOUT THE ROOF DRAINS BEING |
| CLOGGED. WILL FROM ADDERLY TOLD HER THE DRAINS ARE |
| STOPPED UP AND A NEW CONTRACTOR YESTERDAY TOLD HER |
| THE DRAINS ARE NOT STOPPED UP. OFFERED TO CALL THE |
| CONTRACTOR AND DISCUSS THE ISSUE. CONTACTED |
| ADDERLY, HE DID NOT SEEM TO BE FAMILIAR WITHTHE |
| ISSUE. GAVE HIM THE NUMBER FOR BETTY PARSONS - |
| 561-281-3255. HE STATED HE WOULD CALL HER TO |
| DISCUSS THE ISSUE AND THEN CALL ME BACK TO ADVISE. |
