A COMBINATION OF | | PITCHED HIP, AND ROLLED ASPHALT OVER LOW SLOPE | | MAKE UP THE ROOF GEOMETRY AND COVER. THIS COVER IS | | NO LONGER KEEPING WATER OUT OF THE ROOF AND | | INTERIOR FRAMING. WATER IS DAMAGING THAT FRAMING, | | RUINING THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, AND DAMAGING THE | | PLUMBING. CRACKS IN THE EXTERIOR STUCCO OF THIS | | BUILDING ARE EVIDENT. THIS MAY INDICATE A MORE | | SERIOUS PROBLEM OF FOUNDATION SETTLEMENT AND MAY | | NEED TO BE A PRIORITY IN THE RENOVATION PLAN. THE | | BUILDING HAS NOT BEEN KEPT SECURE. VANDALS OR | | VAGRANTS CONTINUE TO ENTER THE BUILDING, AND ARE | | BEGINNING TO REMOVE METAL AND OTHER ITEMS OF | | VALUE. THIS WILL ONLY MAKE THE RENOVATION MORE | | DIFFICULT. |
