PROPERTY NOW TO CLEAN UP THE EXCESS
TRASH/DEBRIS ALREADY AND THEY SHOULD BE
DONE BY TOMORROW.TOLD HIM I WILL
REINSPECT FOR COMPLIANCE.

BULK WASTE NEEDS TO BE FRANCHISED TO
PROVIDE SERVICE IN WPB, BY APPLYING FOR
A FRANCHISE PERMIT. HIS RESPONSE WAS
THAT THE FEES ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. HE
ADVISED ME THAT HE TRIED REMOVING THE
DUMPSTER ON THE 15TH, AND 16TH, BUT WAS
UNSUCCESSFUL, DUE TO TOO MUCH TRASH
SURROUNDING THE DUMPSTER. I ADVISED HIM
TO DISCONTINUE SERVICE, DUE TO NON
FRANCHISED PERMITS.
