 SUBJECT: URGENT CONCERNS REGARDING PROPE
 AT 1205 WORTHINGTON AVENUE
 
 DEAR SIR/MADAM AND MS. SAMUELS,
 
 I AM WRITING AS A CONCERNED RESIDENT OF
 BEACH NEIGHBORHOOD TO URGENTLY ADDRESS M
 DISTRESSING ISSUES RELATED TO THE PROPER
 1205 WORTHINGTON AVENUE, ASSOCIATED WITH
 BOUSIQUOT AND THE ESTATE OF NOEL SAMUELS
 SITUATION IS HAVING A SIGNIFICANTLY NEGA
 THE WELL-BEING AND SAFETY OF THE RESIDEN
 THE PROPERTY.
 
 OUR CONCERNS ARE AS FOLLOWS:
 
 1. BEE INFESTATION: BEES ARE SURROUNDING
 OF THE ROOF IN THE BACK AND NORTHEAST SI
 PROPERTY. THIS POSES A SERIOUS SAFETY RI
 RESIDENTS, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO MAY BE
 BEE STINGS. URGENT ACTION IS REQUIRED TO
 INFESTATION AND ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THE

 2. RODENT PROBLEM: THE PROPERTY'S DEBRIS
 HAVE CAUSED A SEVERE RODENT INFESTATION,
 BEING REGULARLY OBSERVED IN THE VICINITY
 ACCUMULATION OF DEBRIS IS ATTRACTING ROD
 CONTRIBUTING TO THE PROBLEM. THIS SITUAT
 HEALTH HAZARDS AND PROPERTY DAMAGE RISKS
 NEIGHBORS AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED PROMPT
 NEIGHBORS HAVE BANNED TOGETHER TO TRY AN
 PROBLEM WITH RAT POISON BUT THAT IS NOT
 IT IS A KNOWN FACT THAT RODENTS CARRY DI
 AN INFESTATION IN A YARD FULL OF DEBRIS
 ATTRACTING GARBAGE. MORE THAN 5 WERE CAU
 ONE DAY! IT???S BEYOND NORMAL AND POSES
 TO THE RESIDENTS AND THEIR PETS.
 
 3. DETERIORATING PROPERTY CONDITION: WIT
 OBSERVED THAT THE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY
 DETERIORATING CONDITION, WITH EVIDENCE O
 THE DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
 CONDITIONS CAN LEAD TO SAFETY HAZARDS AN
 DETRIMENTAL TO THE OVERALL WELL-BEING OF
 
 4. CONCERN FOR THE WELFARE OF THE PROPER
 CONCERNED NEIGHBOR CALLED THE POLICE FOR
 CHECK WHEN MS. BOUSIQUOT WAS NOT SEEN FO
 THIS HIGHLIGHTS THE SERIOUSNESS OF THE S
 THE NEED FOR INTERVENTION TO ENSURE THE
 WELFARE OF THE PROPERTY OWNER.
 
 WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT THE CITY OF WEST
 ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT TAKES IMMEDIATE A
 ACTION TO ADDRESS THESE URGENT CONCERNS.
 VIOLATIONS ALONE MAY NOT BE SUFFICIENT T
 SEVERITY OF THE ISSUES AT HAND. WE SUGGE
 MATTER BE TAKEN TO THE NEXT LEVEL TO ENS
 COMPREHENSIVE RESOLUTION. NEIGHBORS HAVE
 HELP HER CLEAN HER YARD BUT SHE DISMISSE
 NOT ADDRESS IT.
 
 AS RESPONSIBLE NEIGHBORS, WE WANT TO MAI
 AND PLEASANT LIVING ENVIRONMENT FOR EVER
 BELIEVE THAT THE COMMUNITY'S WELL-BEING

 THESE CRITICAL PROBLEMS.
