WHICH REQUIRES A SPECIAL PICKUP (FEE) FOR ALL RESIDENTS OR MUST BE TAKEN TO SWA.SHE THEN PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH HER HUSBAND WHO STATED THE SAME AND I EXPLAINED THE SAME.HE SAID HE WOULD TALK TO THE LANDLORD.I TOLD HIM TO HAVE HIM CALL ME SO I COULD EXPLAIN IT TO HIM.I ALSO DISCUSSED THE ISSUE WITH HIS WIFE REGARDING THE BAGS OF GARBAGE ON THE SWALE OF THEIR PROPERTY AND SHE SAID IT IS NOT HERS THAT OTHER PEOPLE DUMP IT THERE AND SHE USUSALLY ENDS UP CLEANING IT UP WHICH SHES NOT HAPPY ABOUT PICKING UP OTHER PEOPLES GARBAGE.I ASKED IF SHE SAW WHO PUT THE GARBAGE THERE AND SHE SAID NO.THEN SHE SAID SHE THINKS IT COULD BE THE BACK TENANTS LIVING IN THE BACK UNIT OF THIS DUPLEX BUT ALSO OTHER NEIGHBORS PUT IT THERE.I EXPLAINED THAT IT WILL HAVE TO BE CLEANED UP ALSO AND I WILL POST A VIOLATION NOTICE FOR THE OWNER WITH SANITATION GUIDELINES.LADY TENANT ACROSS THE STREET WHO WAS TALKING TO JOHNNY/SUPERVISOR ALSO TOLD ME WHEN I WALKED BACK OVER THERE THAT THE TENANTS DID PUT THE PILE IN FRONT OF THE VACANT LOT.I EXPLAINED THAT THEY DID ADMIT TO IT AND I CITED PROPERTY.
