I WOULD LIKE TO ISSUE A FORMAL COMPLAINT
REGARDING THE LACK OF MAINTENANCE AND
SEVERE YARD DEBRIS FOR ALL THREE
PROPERTIES SURROUNDING MY HOME. THESE
ISSUES ARE CAUSING VERMIN IN ADDITION TO
BRINGING DOWN THE BEAUTY OF THIS
BEAUTIFUL NEIGHBORHOOD. GRASS IN THE
BACKYARDS OF THESE HOMES IS BEYOND
TOLERABLE AT 5 FEET TALL WITH LOADS OF
FURNITURE, RUGS, TRASH BAGS WITH FOOD,
AND WASTE AND CONTAINERS. I'VE SENT
PICTURES FROM ALL THREE BACKYARDS IN
HOPES THAT SOMEONE CAN COME OUT AND
SPEAK WITH THESE OWNERS, ISSUE CITATIONS
AND FOLLOW UP TO ENSURE THAT THE
PROPERTIES ARE MAINTAINED. ALL THREE ARE
RENTAL PROPERTIES AND ARE IN DISREPAIR
AND NEGLECT.
