I TOLD HIM TO CONTACT ME AS SOON AS HE HAS GRASS IN THE FRONT YARD AND THERE IS NO OUTSIDE STORAGE, BUT THAT I WILL RE-INSPECT THE PROPERTY ON 5/9 AND THE FINES WILL START IF THE PROPERTY IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE, AS PER THE SM ORDER.
