COOPERATIVE. I ADVISED HIM TO HAVE CAN
REMOVED OTHERWISE I CAN INPOSE FEES.HE
SAID HE WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT TO TAKE
CARE OF IT.I ALSO TOLD HIM END UNIT
TENANT HAS GARBAGE BY THE DOOR ON THE
GROUND AND FOOD TOO WHICH WAS PROBABLY
RIPPED OPEN BY ANIMALS AS IT HAS HOLES
SO PLEASE HAVE IT CLEANED UP ALSO.TOLD
HIM I WILL REINSPECT LATER.

TENANT WAS AT DOOR SO I ASKED HER IF SHE
PUT OUT THE CAN.SHE ASKED WHAT THE
PROBLEM WAS SO I TOLD HER I RECEIVED
COMPLAINTS FROM NEIGHBORS THAT THE CANS
SIT OUT ALL WEEK SO I CITED IT
YESTERDAY.I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT THE
CAN MUST BE PUT OUT NIGHT BEFORE AND
REMOVED BY END OF PICKUP DAY.SHE SAID
SHE DIDN'T KNOW AND THAT SHE IS
PREGNANT.I SAID WELL THAT IS KIND OF
LOGICAL TO KNOW IS SHOULD NOT BE LEFT
OUT AS MOSTLY EVERYONE ELSE BRINGS CAN
BACK IN.SHE CLOSED THE DOOR AND WENT
BACK IN.
