I ADVISED HIM TO HAVE CAN REMOVED OTHERWISE I CAN INPOSE FEES.HE SAID HE WILL SEND SOMEONE OUT TO TAKE CARE OF IT.I ALSO TOLD HIM END UNIT TENANT HAS GARBAGE BY THE DOOR ON THE GROUND AND FOOD TOO WHICH WAS PROBABLY RIPPED OPEN BY ANIMALS AS IT HAS HOLES SO PLEASE HAVE IT CLEANED UP ALSO.TOLD HIM I WILL REINSPECT LATER.
