A WHILE LATER I CALLED AND TEXTED TO THE NUMBER I FOUND ON LEASING POSTER AT PROERTY WHERE I POSTED NOTICE AND LEFT A MESSAGE REGARDING ISSUE AND TO PLEASE CONTACT ME IF THEY'RE IN CHARGE OR DIRECT ME TO CORRECT PERSON.I DIDN'T GET A REPLY.LATER AROUND MID DAY I WENT BY AND WENT INTO THE LOBBY TO TRY TO MAKE CONTACT BY NO ONE WAS ARROUND SO I LEFT.LATER IN THE AFTERNOON AROUND 1:30 I WENT BY AND RAN INTO BORIS/MAINTENANCE MAN ON OTHER SIDE OF PROPERTY PICKING UP VEGETATION SO I DISCUSSED THE VIOLATION NOTICE I POSTED.TOLD HIM HE DIDN'T FULLY COMPLIED AS I ASKED HIM TO SO I CITED PROPERTY IF NOT COMPLIED I WILL INPOSE FEES.HE SAID THE WERE ALL IN MEETINGS TODAY AS AN NEW MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS TAKING OVER BUT THAT HE WILL REMOVE THE REST OF THE CONTAINERS AND STORE THEM ALL INSIDE.HE SAID PART OF THE PROBLEM IS HE STARTS HIS DAY AT 8AM AND LEAVES AT 5.I TOLD HIM JUST TO PUT OUT THE CONTAINERS NEATLY BEFORE HE LEAVES FOR THE SCHEDULED PICKUP DAYS AND BRING THEM ALL INSIDE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND FOR SURE BEFORE HE LEAVES THAT DAY OTHERWISE THEY WILL BE IN VIOLATION.ALSO TOLD HIM AREA MUST ALWAYS BE KEPT CLEAN.I TOLH HIM TO REMOVE THEM ALL BY END OF DAY TODAY.HE SAID HE WILL DO IT.I TOLD HIM I WILL CHECK BACK.I STOPPED BY AT 4:42PM TODAY AND ALL CONTAINERS WERE REMOVED FROM FRONT OF PROPERTY AND AREA CLEANED UP.I WILL COMPLY CASE.

| | 2022-02-01 | 08:00:31 | COMMENTS | I WAS CALLED OUT TO PROPERTY BY CITY DIRECTOR AND SUPERINTENDENT REGARDING THE DUMPSTERS/CARTS KEPT OUT FRONT OF PROPERTY AND THE TRASH/LITTER ON THE GROUND IN THE AREA.I SPOKE WITH BORIS/PROPERTY MAINTENANCE MAN REGARDING ISSUES AND EXPLAINED THAT TRASH RECEPTACLES MUST BE PUT OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICKUP AND MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF DAY OF PICKUP AND ALL RECEPTACLES PLACED INSIDE STORAGE ROOM.I ALSO INFORMED HIM THAT THE LATCHES ON DUMPSTERS MUST BE SECURED AND ALSO NOT OVERFILLED SO THAT TRASH IS NOT SPILLED WHILE BEING SERVICES AS HE SAID HAPPENS AND IS DONE BY CITY.I TOLD HIM IT'S HIS RESPONSABILITY TO ENSURE THAT IS DONE SO THERE IS NO SPILLAGE.ALSO I TOLD HIM THAT THE RECYCLING DUMPSTERS AND CARTS MUST NOT BE OVERFILLED TO POINT THAT LIDS DON'T CLOSE AS WASTE WILL BE SPILLED WHEN SERVICED.I TOLD HIM BOXES MUST BE FLATTENED BEFORE PLACING IN CONTAINERS AND THE DUMPSTERS MUST BE KEPT LOCKED AS THEY HAVE LOCK BARS SO THAT THE FLATTENED BOXES AND DEPOSITED THRU THE SLOTS AND NOT GET OVERFILLED.ALSO BY PUTTING OUT AND RETRIEVING CONTAINERS THIS WILL MIMIMIZE OUTSIDE PEOPLE FROM DUMPING IN THE CONTAINERS AS HE SAID HAPPENS ALSO.I INFORMED HIM THAT THE AREA MUST BE SWEPTED UP AND KEPT CLEAN AT ALL TIMES AS THERE IS ALSO A STORM DRAIN NEAR BY WHICH WILL GET CLOGGED UP AND CAUSE MORE ISSUES.I SHOWED HIM AS WE WERE STADING THERE HOW THE LITTER WAS BLOWING ACROSS THE STREET AND HE MSUT CLEAN THE AREA UP.I TOLD HIM SINCE WE GOT THE OPPORTUNITY TO SPEAK THIS IS A VERBAL COURTESY TO COMPLY ISSUES BUT MUST ALL BE DONE BY END OF DAY TODAY OR I WILL ISSUE VIOLATION NOTICE.HE SAID HE WILL DO IT.TOLD HIM I WILL CHECK BACK BY 2PM FOR COMPLIANCE.
