I INSPECTED THE PROPERTY ON JANUARY 06,
2022 WITH THE VIOLATIONS STILL EXIST ON
THE PROPERTY. THE TENANT DID NOT REMOVE
THE MULCH BUT SPREAD IT ON THE FRONT,
SWALE AND WEST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. THE
MULCH WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED FROM THE
SWALE AND WEST SIDE OF PROPERTY AND SOD
IF MISSING AREAS OF GRASS THEREAFTER.
SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED. THE PROPERTY IS
SCHEDULE FOR HEARING ON JANUARY 19, 2022
AT 9AM AT THE CITY HALL. IF ALL
VIOLATION IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE BEFORE
