SKEETE(FATHER) AND WE AGREED ON ASKING THE MAGISTRATE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 120 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. THE BUILDING PERMIT WAS NOT SUBMITTED UNTIL MARCH OF 2022. IN ANY EVENT, I ADVISED MS. SKEET THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE MAGISTRATE?S ORDER AND GRANT AN EXTENSION. I PROVIDED HER WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR MARK JOYCE AS SHE WAS VERY UPSET THAT THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FINES WILL START RUNNING ON THE PROPERTY.
