INITIALLY CITED IN NOVEMBER OF 2021 AND
WASN?T HEARD BY THE MAGISTRATE UNTIL
FEBRUARY OF 2022. I INITIALLY SPOKE WITH
MR. SKEETE(FATHER) AND WE AGREED ON
ASKING THE MAGISTRATE FOR AN ADDITIONAL
120 DAYS TO COMPLETE THE REPAIRS. THE
BUILDING PERMIT WAS NOT SUBMITTED UNTIL
MARCH OF 2022. IN ANY EVENT, I ADVISED
MS. SKEET THAT I DID NOT HAVE THE
AUTHORITY TO CHANGE THE MAGISTRATE?S
ORDER AND GRANT AN EXTENSION. I PROVIDED
HER WITH THE CONTACT INFORMATION FOR
MARK JOYCE AS SHE WAS VERY UPSET THAT
THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FINES WILL START
RUNNING ON THE PROPERTY.
