| DATE | TIME | INSPECTION / EVENT TYPE | INSTRUCTIONS / COMMENTS | | 2021-11-16 | 09:30:32 | COMMENTS | 9:03 SHEILA DEVANDAS / PROPERTY MANAGER CALLED REGARDING INVOICE SHE RECEIVED.I EXPLAINED IT WAS FOR THE CLEANUP OF TRASH BY CITY WHICH I CITED.I ASKED WHEN WAS LAST TIME PROPERTY WAS CUT/CLEANED UP.SHE SAID THIS WEEKEND.I ASKED BEFORE THAT/SHE SAID W WEEKS AGO.I TOLD HER IT'S GOOD THAT THEY ARE MAINTAINING PROPERTY REGULARLY.I TOLD HER THAT WHEN I CITED PROPERTY IT HAD BEEN RECENTLY CUT WITH THE GRASS CLIPPINGS BLOWN ALL ON THE SIDEWALK/STREET AND A PILE OF YARD WASTE OUT FRONT AND THIS IS WHAT I CITED AS LANDSCAPERS MUST ALWAYS TAKE ALL WASTE THEMSELVE TO SWA EVERYTHIME WORK IS DONE.I TOLD HER ESPECIALLY FOR VACANTS LOTS THERE MUST NOT BE ANY WASTE LEFT OUT FOR PICKUP UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKU REQUEST IS MADE PRIOR.SHE SAID SHE UNDERSTANDS BUT THAT PEOPLE DUMP ON THE LOTS ALSO AND IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO ADDRESS THAT ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE IN MIAMI.I TOLD HER THEY MUST REGULARLY CHECK ON PROPERTY AND IF THEY FIND EVIDENCE OF WHERE IT CAME FROM THEN WE CAN ADDRESS IT OTHERWISE THEY MUST PROPERTY DISPOSE OF DUMPED TRASH.I ADVISED TO FENCE PRPERTY.SHE SAID THEY ARE GETTING ESTIMATE FOR FENCING.I TOLD HER THAT IS GREAT BUT MUST KNOW THAT EVEN SO IF DUMPING OCCURS WHIH NO EVIDENCE IN THE ALLEY OR ADJOINING SWALE/STREET THEY WILL STILL HAVE TO CLEAN IT UP IF NO EVIDENCE FOUND.I TOLD HER THE INVOICE IS FOR THE TRASH THE CITY PICKED UP WHEN I CITED IT AND NOT COMPLIED.I TOLD HER I WILL KEEP HER PHONE NUMBER AND AS A COURTESY I WILL CONTACT HER IF I COME ACROSS TRASH HERE BEFROE I CITE PROPERTY IF THEY COOPERATE AND ADDRESS ISSUE OTHERWISE I WILL NOT.SHE SAID THANKS AND UNDERSTANDS.
