I JUST LEFT YOU A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE. WE
HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH WINDOW DOCTOR
SINCE NOV. TO GET A QUOTE AND MAKE SURE
EVERYTHING WAS INCLUDED TO GET THE
WINDOWS FIXED BY THE 2/2/22 INSPECTION
DATE. WINDOW DOCTOR IS SCHEDULED TO COME
OUT ON 1/18/22 -1/20/22 TO MAKE SURE ALL
OF THE WINDOWS OPEN, CLOSE, LOCK, AND
THAT THE GLASS HAS NO CRACKS OR ANY
OTHER ISSUES.

I WAS JUST INFORMED BY WINDOW DOCTOR
THAT THEY ARE ABOUT 4 MONTHS OUT TO DO
SCREENS ON ALL OF OUR WINDOWS. WINDOW
DOCTOR ALSO STATED THAT IN THEIR
EXPERIENCE THAT SCREENS ARE NOT REQUIRED
AS PART OF THE CODE VIOLATIONS BECAUSE
THEY ARE CONSIDERED AN AESTHETIC IN THE
STATE OF FLORIDA.

ARE THE SCREENS REQUIRED PER THE RENTAL
LICENSE VIOLATION OR IN GENERAL? IF SO,
DO THEY HAVE TO BE COMPLETED BY THE
2/2/22 INSPECTION DATE SINCE WE HAVE A
CONTRACT WITH WINDOW DOCTOR TO GET THEM
