COMPLIANCE WITHIN 24 HRS OTHERWISE I
WILL HAVE PILE PICKED UP AND WILL COST
$350.I TOLD HER THE SOLUTION IS VERY
SIMPLE AND REQUIRES THAT THEY
IMMEDIATELY REMOVE PILE FROM IN FRONT OF
NEIGHBORS PROPERTY/PROPERTY LINE AND
PLACE ANY TRASH OR CANS ONLY IN FRONT OF
THEIR HOUSE AND NOT NEAR EITHER PROPERTY
LINE AND TO ENSURE WEEKLY PICKUP MAKE
SURE NO VEHICLES AND WITHIN 10FT OF ANY
TRASH THEY PUT OUT AND NOT NEAR MAILBOX
OR LOW OVERHEAD BRANCHES OR NEAR TREE,
ETC.THEY SAID THEY DID NOT PLACE THE
PILE IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE.I
WALKED THEM OVER TO LOOK AT HOW IT IS
PAST THEIR PROPERTY LINE AND CAN BE
EASILY VISIBLE.I TOLD THEM ALL TRASH
MUST BE PLACED WHERE THEIR BLACK VEHICLE
IS CURRENTLY PARKED ASAP SO THAT I GETS
PICKED UP TOMORROW AND CASE IS COMPLIED
OTHERWISE COULD PAY $350.SHE SAID HER
DADDY COMES HOME AFTER 4PM AND THEY WILL
HAVE HIM MOVE IT AND UNDERSTAND.I TOLD
HER THE STRAPPING 7FT. TALL YOUNGMAN WHO
CAME OUT WITH THE YOUNG LADY AS WE WERD
DISCUSSING THE ISSUE BY THE CARPORT AND
NOW JUST STANDING THERE LOOKING AT US
APPEARS TO BE PHISICALLY ABLE TO COME
OVER TO MOVE THE PILE NOW AND COMPLY
IMMEDIATELY WITH NO PROBLEM.SHE SIDE HE
DADDY WILL MOVE IT WHEN HE COME FOR SURE
TO COMPLY AND WILL NOW ONLY PLACE THEIR
TRASH IN MIDDLE FRONT OF THE HOUSE AS I
TOLD THEM.SHE TRASNLATED OUR DISCUSSION
TO THE LADY OWNER AND OTHER SISTER AS WE
WERE DISCUSSING ISSUE SO THEY UNDERSTAN
ALSO.TOLD HER I WILL REINSPECT TOMORROW
FOR COMPLIANCE.

STATED THAT THE NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR AT

FRONT OF HIS PROPERTY ON THE SWALE.SAID
HE HAS ASKED THEM REPEATEDLY NOT TO PUT
THEIR WASTE FRONT OF HIS PROPERTY BUT
THEY CONTINUE TO DO IT AND HE IS TRIED
OF IT.I ASKED IF HE SAW THEM PUT THE
PILE CURRENTLY OUT FRONT.HE SAID YES HE
SAW HIM PUT OUT OUT THERE AND ASKED HIM
WHAT IS HE DOING AND TOLD HIM NOT TO PUT
IT THERE BUT THE MALE WHO PUT IT JUST
SHOOK HIS HEAD AND DISMISSED HIM.SAID
THEY HAVE 7 CARS AND SO THEY PUT THEIR
TRASH THERE SO THEY CAN PARK IN FRONT OF
THEIR HOUSE.I TOLD COMPLAINANT I CAN SEE
THE PILE IS PAST THEIR PROPERTY LINE SO
I WILL CITE THEM AND TRY TO TALK TO
THEM.I ALSO ADVISED COMPLAINANT THAT
SINCE THEY HAVE 7 CARS THAT IN ORDER FOR
THEM TO BE ABLE TO PUT THEIR WASTE IN
FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE THEY WILL HAVE TO
MOVE OR PARK THEIR VEHICLES FURTHER DOWN
AND MAYBE IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE WHICH IS
ALLOWED SINCE CARS CAN BE PARKED
ANYWHERE ON THE STREET AS LONG AS THEY
ARE CONCIDEDRED HIGHWAY OPERABLE AND NOT
ON THE SWALE AND NOT BLOCKING OR
OBSTRUCTING ANYONES TRASH FROM BEING
PICKED UP.HE SAID HE UNDERSTANDS THAT.
