ANYTHING ELSE OUT THERE IT IS NOT FROM
THEM IT WOULD BE FROM SOMEONE ELSE ON
THEIR STREET OK. NOW THEY TOOK CARE OF
IT FOR TODAY IT IS ALL GONE. IF I HAVE
ANY OTHER QUESTION PLEASE GIVE HIM A
CALL THERE AT THE OFFICE.

HAVE TO REMOVE ALL OF THE YARD WASTE
BECAUSE OTHER PEOPLE THROW STUFF THERE
TOO.I TOLD HER THAT THEIR LANDSCAPER PUT
THE PILE OUT ON THE STREET AND BY
ORDINANCE LANDSCAPERS,YARD GUYS, ETC.
ARE REQUIRED TO PUT ALL THE WASTE ON
THEIR VEHILES IMMEDIATELY AND HAUL IT
AWAY AND NOT PUT ANYTHING OUT FOR CITY
PICKUP UNLESS A SPECIAL PICKUP (FEE) IS
REQUESTED AHEAD OF TIME.I TOLD HER I
ALSO CITED THE COMMERCIAL YARD WASTE
CODE AS THIS IS A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY
AND ACCOUNT WHICH DOES NOT INCLUDE YARD
WASTE AND BULK WASTE LIKE FURNITURE
PICKUP WITHOUT A SPECIAL PICKUP (FEE).SO
YES THEY MUST REMOVE ALL OF THE WASTE
OUT ON THE STREET AND TAKE IT TO SWA OR
CALL FOR SPECIAL PICKUP.SHE SAID OTHER
POEPLE PUT STUFF THERE.I ASKED IF SHE
HAS PROOF SO I CAN ADDRESS IT OTHERWISE
THEY MUST KEEP THEIR ADJOINIG R-O-W FREE
FROM REFUSE.I TOLD HER IT WAS THEIR

WAS NOT HAPPY AND SAID WELL NOW SHE IS
THE ONE WHO WILL HAVE TO PICK IT ALL UP
HERSELF FOR HER BOSS.I TOLD HER IT MUST
ALL BE REMOVED.

ON THEIR BUILDING TODAY FOR THE YARD
DEBRIS ALONG HAMPTON RD.AND WAS CALLING
TO ASK SOME QUESTIONS.SAID HE THINKS HIS
YARD GUYS PUT SOME OF THAT THERE SAID HE
KNOWS THEY DIDN'T PUT ALL OF IT
THERE.SAID THERE IS OTHER PROPERTIES ON
THE STREET THAT THROW STUFF THERE SO
EVEN IF HE GETS RID OF HIS TODAY HE
DOESN'T WANT TO BE PENALIZED FOR THE
OTHER PROPERTIES ON THE STREET THAT
HAPPENED TO PUT IT ON HAMPTON.PLEASE LET
HIM KNOW WHAT HE CAN DO TO MAKE SURE IF
HE DOESN'T PUT IT THERE HE DOESN'T GET
BLAMED.
