AS THIS IS A VIOLATION.I TOLD HIM THERE
WAS ALREDY A COUPLE PIECES OF LITTER
AROUND SO I KNOW IT IS THE CUSTOMERS WHO
HANG AROUND THE PROPERTY.HE SAID HE USED
TO HAVE A TENANT WHO LIVES UPSTAIRS THE
HE PAID TO CLEAN UP THE LITTER ON THE
PREMISES EVERYDAY BUT HE IS GONE SO NOW
HE HAS A GENTLEMAN THAT WILL BE DOING
IT.HE SAID IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO TRY
TO GET THE CUSTOMERS TO UNDERSTAND NOT
TO LITTER ON THE PROPERTY.I GAVE HIM A
COPY OF THE COMMERCIAL SANITATION
GUIDELINES FOR REFERENCE.I ALSO TOLD HIM
WE RECEIVED COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE
TRASH/LITTED BLOWING TO THE NEIGHBORING
PROPERTIES FROM HER AND THE LOITERING
AND OTHER COMPLAINTS FROM THE AREA WHICH
I AM ADDRESSING AS FAR AS THE TRASH
ISSUES.I TOLD HIM THE POLICE MAY VISIT
HIM TO ADDRESS THE LOITERING.I ALSO TOLD
HIM THAT THEY MUST FOLLOW UP WITH THE
CODE CASE THAT HAS DAILY FINES RUNNING
FOR DIFFERENT VIOLATION INCLUDING THE
DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE WITH THAT
DEPARTMENT.HE SAID HE WILL LET THE
OWNERS KNOW.
