SEPARATE ISSUE. THE OWNER STATES THAT HE
WILL TRY TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY
PAPERWORK HE HAS SHOWING DRIVEWAY WAS
INSPECTED OR PART OF THE APPROVED SITE
PLAN.
