HERE WHO HAD HIS DOOR OPEN AND I ASKED HIM IF HE KNOWS WHO PUT TRASH OUT FRONT AND HE IMMEDIATELY SAID AND POINTED TO THE APARTMENT ACROSS FROM HIM AND SAID THAT THEY PUT OUT THE TRASH OUT THERE.I WENT ACROSS AND TRIED TO MAKE CONTACT BUT NO ONE WAS HOME SO THEN I CITED THIS PROPERTY FOR THE VIOLATIONS.I ASKED MRS.WATKINS IF SHE RECEIVED THE INVOICE YET AS I CAN NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE BILL.SHE SAID NO.I TOLD HER ONCE SHE RECIEVES THE BILL TO READ IT AND SHE MAY DISPUTE THE INVOICE BY SENDING A LETTER WITHIN 30 DAYS TO REQUEST A HEARING.SHE SAID SHE WILL DO THAT AND WILL HAVE HER SON WHO COLLECTS THE RENT TO GO TO THE HEARING AS SHE IS IN ALABAMA.I ALSO GAVE HER MY EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEND ME THE LETTER SO I CAN HAVE THE CASE ON THE HEARING AGENDA IF SHE WANTS.
