DOESN'T MANAGE PROPERTIES AND IT IS
IMPORTANT THAT HE CHECK ON THE PRPERTY
TO MANAGE THESE ISSUES. HE ACCUSSED THE
CITY OF TREATING HIM LIKE AN ANIMAL AND
WAS ADVISED WE TREAT ALL PROPERTYOWNERS
THE SAME AND CERTAINLY NOT LIKE ANIMALS.
HE STATED WE JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND AND
ENDED THE CALL.

CHECK THE PROPERTY MORE OFTEN OR EXPLAIN
WHAT IS NEEDED TO HIS TENANTS. HE ALSO
COMLAINED ABOUT LIENS ON HIS OTHER
PROPERTY AT 1012 20TH STREET BECAUSE
THEY PREDATE HIS OWNERSHIP AND I ADVISED
HIM THE LIENS STAY WITH THE PROPERTY.
