HAVE IT PICKED UP AND THERE WOULD BE A

THERE AND HE SAID NO ONLY THE SMALL PILE
AT THE PROPERTY LINE.I TOLD HIM I WILL
ADDRESS THAT VIOLATION WITH THE
NEIGHBOR.AS I WENT TO POST THE VIOLATION
NOTICE NEXT DOOR THE OWNER WAS HOME SO I
DISCUSSED THE 2 PILES IN FRONT OF HIS
PROPERTY AND HE SAID THE NEIGHBOR PUT IT
THERE AND IT WAS NOT HIS.I ASKED IF IT
WAS THE NEW NEIGHBOR TO EAST HE SAID
YES.I TOLD HIM I JUST SPOKE WITH HIM
REGARDING HIS VIOLATIONS AND SAID HE
DIDN'T PUT IT THERE.I TOLD NEIGHBOR WE
NEED TO TALK TO THE NEIGHBOR.IN THE END
MICHAEL SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT.I
EXPLAINED NO WASTE IS TO GO IN FRONT OF
ANY NEIGHBORS PROPERTY EVEN WITH THEIR
PERMISSION AS IT WILL NOT GET PICKED
UP.I TOLD MICHAEL HE MUST REMOVE THE 2
PILES THEY PUT FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOUSE
BY TOMORROW AND I WILL REINSPECT.
