NEEDS TO ADDRESS.HE SAID IT'S NOT HIS
TRASH.I EXPLAINED THAT THERE IS FALLEN
AND DRIED VEGETATION FROM HIS PROPERTY
ALL ALONG THAT AREA AND THERE IS
GARBAGE/LITTER WHICH I UNDERSTAND HIS
POSITION IS NOT FROM HIM OR HIS TENANTS
AND NOT HIS LAND AS HE SAID BUT SINCE I
DON'T HAVE EVIDENCE OF WHO IS DROPPING
OFF THERE HE IS THE ONE WHO HAS TO CLEAN
IT ALL UP PER CITY ORDINANCE.HE SAID HE
WILL HAVE THE VEGETATION REMOVED BUT NOT
THE TRASH BEACUSE IT IS NOT FAIR.I
ADVISED HIM THAT IF HE DOES NOT FULLY
COMPLY I WILL HAVE TO TAKE IT TO COURT
AND THE MAGINSTRATE WILL TELL HIM THE
SAME THING.I TOLD HIM I HAVE CITED THE
NEIGHBORS AND SOME HAVE COMPLIED AND I
HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER OF
THE RENTAL COMPLEX WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT
THIS AREA AND TOLD HIM TO KEEP EYE ON
HIS TENANTS WHO COULD BE THE ONES
LITTERING IN THE AREA.I TOLD MR.MALOOF
HE NEEDS TO TRIM THE VEGETATION AND
CLEAN UP ALL THE TRASH/YARD WASTE.HE
SAID HE WILL DO IT AND WILL CALL HIS
LANDSCAPER NOW AND HOPEFULLY WILL GET IT
DONE THIS WEEKEND.I WILL GO BY TO
REINSPECT ON MONDAY.

SELLING THIS PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM I WILL
