ON THE PROPERTY AND THE LAST EMAIL I
SENT TO THE CSR/ASHLEY WAS TO REQUEST A
SPECIAL PICKUP TO HAVE THE DUMPSTER
TIPPED SO THE DUMPSTER COULD BE REMOVED
AS THEY REQUESTED.ALSO IN THE EMAIL I
ADVISED TO BLOCK OFF THE ENTRYWAYS TO
THE PROPERTY SO NO ONE COMES IN TO DUMP
ON THE PROPERTY AND PUT UP "SMILE
YOUR'RE ON CAMERA" TO DETRER
TRESSPASSING/DUMPING ON THE PROPERTY IN
ADDITION TO PUTTING CHAIN/LOCK ON THE
DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE.I DID NOT GET ANY
REPLY FROM MY LAST EMAIL AND NOW HE WAS
SENT THE INVOICE.I TOLD HIM I WILL LOOK
FURTHER INTO THIS ALONG WITH MY
SUPERVISOR TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE
SINCE WE HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH
KELLY/WASHINGTON MUTUAL WITH THIS TRASH
ISSUE WHICH THEY WERE BEING PROACTIVE
ABOUT AND MR.STEELE SAID SHE IS NOT WITH
THEM.BUT I ALSO LET MR.STEELE KNOW THAT
ULTIMATELY SINCE HE IS THE OWNER AT THE
TIME OF THE VIOLATION HE IS RESPONSIBLE
FOR THE TRASH AND WHAT HAPPENS THERE
EVEN THOUGH HE SAID ALL THAT TRASH WAS
THERE FROM BEFORE HE BOUGHT THE PROPERTY
SO I CAN'T PROMISE ANYTHING.I TOLD HIM
HE SHOULD HAVE RESOLVED THE CLEAN UP OF
THE TRASH/DEBRIS BEFORE THE CLOSING ON
THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY AND TOOK
OWNERSHIP.I TOLD HIM I WILL GET BACK TO
HIM ONCE I DISCUSS WITH MY
SUPREVISOR.ASLO WITH REGARDING TO HIS
QUESTION ABOUT WHAT TO DO MOVING FORWARD
WITH REGARDS TO THE DUMPING I SUGGESTED
THE SAME TO PUT UP "NO DUMPING" OR
"SMILE YOU'RE ON CAMERA" SIGNS TO DETER
DUMPING AND ALSO CHAIN/LOCK DUMPSTER
ENCLOSURE AND BUT UP BARRIERS AT THE
ENTRY WAYS SO NO ONE COMES IN TO
PROPERTY TO DUMP.I ALSO TOLD HIM THERE
IS ALREADY SOME DEBRIS DUMPED IN THE
ENCLOSURE SO TO PLEASE HAVE THAT REMOVED
AS WELL.I TOLD HIM TO HAVE SOMEONE GO BY
TO KEEP AN EYE ON THE PROPERTY REGULARLY
AND KEEP IT CLEAN SO PEOPLE SEE THERE IS
SOMEONE KEEPING AN EYE OUT SINCE THEY
WILL NOT BE DEMOING AND UPGRAGING THE
INTERIOR FOR A FEW WEEKS YET.HE SAID HE
WILL HAVE THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE
CHAINED/LOCKED AND CHAINS OR BARRIERS AT
THE ENTRYWAYS ALSO.
