| DATE | TIME | INSPECTION / EVENT TYPE | INSTRUCTIONS / COMMENTS | | 2020-12-15 | 10:06:37 | COMMENTS | 9:49AM I CALLED/SPOKE WITH JESUS REGARDING ISSUES/VIOLATIONS CITED.HE SAID HE STOPPED BY THE PROEPRTY AND SAW THE VIOLATION NOTICED POSTED ON THE DOOR.WANTED TO LET ME KNOW HE HAD TAKEN CARE OF IT AND FROM WHAT HE UNDERSTOOD IT WAS FOR THE TRASH BIN FOR WHICH HE TOOK PICTURES THAT WERE EMPTY AND HE REMOVED THE DEBRIS AND OVERGROWN PLANTS AND ANYTHING LIKE THAT THAT WAS AROUND THE PROPERTY.HE TOOK CARE OF ANYTHING HE SAW.I ASKED HIM WHAT HIS RELATION IS TO THE PROPERTY.HE SAID HE WAS HIRED A MONTH AND A HALF AGO BY THE CURRENT RESTAURANT OWNERS TO GET EVERYTHING UP TO DATE BECAUSE THERE WERE SEVERAL CODE VIOLATIONS THAT NEEDED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF THAT THE PREVIOUS PERSON WAS NOT DOING WHAT THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO.SAID HE AN ARCHITECT AND DID BLUEPRINTS AND DID EVERYTHING THEY NEEDED TO DO AND HIRED AN ELECTRICIAN TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING UP TO CODE SO THEY CAN PULL PERMITS.SO I TOLD HIM THE I DID CITE THE PROPERTY FOR ABATEMENT OF ALL THE GARBAGE/DEBRIS IN AND OUT OF THE DUMPSTER AND THE CITY CLEANED IT ALL UP AND THE BILL WILL BE SENT FOR THE CLEAN UP.I TOLD HIM THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY BUILDING MATERIAL PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER AS IT WILL NOT GET SERVICED UNTIL I HAVE IT ABATED FOR FEE.AND THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY TRASH/DEBRIS/GARBAGE ON THE GROUNDS OF THE PROPERTY OR WE WILL ABATE IT ALSO.I ADVISED THAT THE DUMPSTER MUST NOT BE OVERFILLED SO THE LID DOES NOT CLOSE OF THE DUMMPSTER WILL NOT BE SERVICED.HE SAID THE OWNER TOLD HIM THIS PROPERTY HAS ALWAYS BEEN VICTIM OF ILLEGAL DUMPING AND ASKED WHAT CAN BE DONE.I TOLD HIM IF THEY HAVE PROOF OF WHERE IT COMES FROM I CAN CITE THE ONES WHO DUMPED THERE.I TOLD HIM MAYBE THE THEY CAN STORE THE DUMPSTER IN THE ENCLOSED FENCE AREA THEY HAVE BUT MUST HAVE A CITY LOCK SO THE DUMPSTER CAN ALWAYS BE SERVICED.HOWEVER, DUMPING MAY STILL HAPPEN IN THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY AND UNLESS THEY KNOW WHO DID IT THEN I CAN ADDRESS IT OTHERWISE THE SAME APPLIES WHERE THEY WOULD BE RESONSIBLE FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE DUMPED TRASH.ALSO I SUGGESTED CITY LOCKS/BAR ON THEIR DUMPSTER BUT AGAIN THAT WILL ONLY PREVENT DUMPING INSIDE THAT DUMPSTER.I GAVE HIM ASHLEYS PHONE TO CONTACT WHEN HE'S READY TO DO SO.I SUGGESTED TO HAVE CAMERAS INSTALLED TO HELP WITH THIS ISSUE ALSO.HE SAID HE WILL CALL ASHLEY NOW TO GET THE LOCK FOR THE DUMPSTER.
