LADY TENANT IN THE NORTH UNIT SAID THAT
MOST OF THE NEIGHBORS PUT THEIR TRASH
THERE.I EXPLAIN ANY BULK TRASH FROM THIS
PROPERTY MUST ONLY BE PLACED IN FRONT OF
THEIR OWNER PROPERTY AND NOT ACROSS THE
STREET AS THE TRUCK WHICH PICKS UP BULK
TRASH CAN PICKUP ON BOTH SIDES OF THE
STREET UNLIKE THE TRASH CAN TRUCK.SHE
ADMITTED THAT HER HUSBAND PUT OUT ONE
PIECE OF FURNITURE THERE AND SHE WILL
REMOVED IT NOW.I ALSO SPOKE WITH HER
NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR WHO WAS THE YOUNG MAN
AND LADY REGARDING THE ISSUED AND THEY
SAID THE SAME.I ASKED IF THEY PUT ANY
ITEMS ON THE PILE ACROSS THE STREET AND
THEY SAID YES THEY PUT OUT THE
FURNITURE.I TOLD THEM THEY MUST REMOVE
IT AND ONLY PUT OUT THEIR BULK ITEMS ON
THIS SIDE OF THE STREET AS WELL AND
LIMIT IS 3 ITEMS PER PROPERTY.THEY SAID
THEY WILL REMOVED IT ALSO.I TOLD BOTH OF
THEM THAT I ADVISED THE TENANT TO SIT
OUT IN THE FRONT YARD AND TAKE PHOTOS OF
PEOPLE DUMPING AND LET ME KNOW SO I CAN
CITE/FINE THEM AND SHE COULD RECEIVE
$100. AND I ALSO TOLE THEM THE SAME.I
TOLD THEM TO NOT PUT ANY BULK TRASH
ACROSS THE STREET FROM NOW ON AND I WILL
BE BACK TO REINSPECT TO SEE IF THEY
REMOVED WHAT THEY SAID THEY PUT THERE.

WITH LADY TENANT IN FRONT MAIN HOUSE
REGARDING THE TRASH PILE OUT FRONT.SHE
SAID SHE DOES NOT PUT ANY TRASH OUT
THERE AND DIDN'T SEE WHO PUT ANY OF IT.
I SPOKE WITH LADY TENANT (AMY) IN REAR
UNIT OF REAR DETACHED DUMPLEX HERE AND
SHE SAID THAT SHE HAS BEEN WONDERING WHY
THE TRASH IS NOT GETTING PICKED UP THAT
HAS BEEN THERE FOR WEEKS NOW.SAID THE
TENANTS OF THE REAR UNIT IN THE FRONT
HOUSE HAVE SMALL KIDS AND A RECENT NEW
BORN AND THEY WERE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH
AND INVESTIGATION BECAUSE OF THE
CONDITIONS FOR THE BABIES AND THEY THREW
OUT THE CRIBS AND TOYS AND OTHER TRASH
TO COMPLY WITH THAT INVESTIGATION.SHE
ALSO SAID THAT THE MEN FROM THIS
PROPERTY ALSO SIT AND DRING THEIR BEERS
AND LEAVE THE PROPERTY STREWN WITH EMPTY
CANS AND SHE IS THE ONE WHO PICKED UP
AND CLEANS UP THEIR TRASH AND PUT IT OUT
IN THE PILE.SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE THE
PEOPLE ACROSS THE STREET IN THE FOURPLX
AND NEXT DOOR BY THE PILE THEY ALSO DUMP
TRASH THERE.SHE ASKED TO KNOW WHAT THE
RULES ARE SO SHE COLD LET THE OTHER
TENANTS KNOW.SO I TOLD AMY THAT ANY
HOUSEHOLD TRASH SHE PICKS UP SHOULD BE
BAGED UP AND PLACED IN THE TRASH CANS
AND NOT ADDED TO THE PILE LOOSE.I
EXPLAINED ONLY 3 BULK ITEMS PER WEEK IS
PICKED UP PER PROEPRTY AND MUST NOT BE
MIXED WITH OTHER TRASH.YARD WASTE MUST
BE A SEPERATE PILE AND NOT MIXED ALSO
AND ALL TRASH PLACED AWAY FROM ANY
OBSTRUCTION LIKE THE FENCE, VEHICLE,
TRASH CANS, ETC.I ADVISED TO PUT ALL
THEIR TRASH ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE
DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE SO THAT IF I HAVE TO
ADDRESS ISSUES HERE AND THEY ALWAYS
PLACE THEIR TRASH WHERE I SAID THEN I
WILL KNOW THAT OTHER PEOPLE ARE DUMPING
ON THE OTHER SIDE.I TOLD HER I WILL TALK
TO THE OTHER NEIGHBORS TO TRY TO FIND
OUT IF THEY ARE PUTTING TRASH IN FRONT
OF THIS PROPERTY AND ADDRESS THE ISSUE.I
GAVE AMY A COPY OF EACH SANITATION
GUIDELINES.I ALSO ADVISED HER THAT IF
SHE IS HOME OFTEN SHE CAN SIT WHERE SHE
CAN SEE PEOPLE SHE SAID ARE DUMPING
THERE AND TAKE A CELL PHONE PHOTO AND
LET ME KNOW SO I CAN CITE THEM AND SHE
MAY RECEIVE $100.
