THIS MORNING AND TRIMMED A TREE IN THE
BACK AND PUT IT ON THE BEDDING THEY PUT
BY THE POLE.I EXPLAINED THAT WHEN SHE
ORIGINALLY PUT THE BEDDING OUT BY THE
DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE IT WAS NOT PICKED UP
DUE TO SEMITRUCK PARKED OUT FRONT.I ASKE
IF SHE KNOWS WHO'S TRUCK IT IS.SHE SAID
IT'S HER FATHER'S.I TOLD HER THAT KIND
OF VEHICLE IS NOT ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL
ZONES AND IF TRASH IS BLOCKED BY ANY
KIND OF VEHICLE IT WILL IT CAN'T GET
PICKED UP AND SINCE SHE MOVED IT INFRONT
OF THE UTILITY POLE AND UNDER THE TREE
BRANCHES AND IS NOW MIXED WITH YARD
WASTE IT WILL NOT GET PICKED UP AGAIN.I
EXPLAINED THAT HER TENANT NEIGHBOR TOLD
ME THE YARD WASTE WILL BE REMOVED BY THE
LANDSCAPER AS THE OWNER SAID BUT SHE
MUST PUT THE BEDDING ON THE STREET BY
THE DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE AND NO VEHICLE
MUST BE PARKED IN NEAR/IN FRONT OF PILE
SO IT CAN GET PICKED UP.SHE SAID SHE
WILL REMOVE THE BEDDING AND PUT IT OUT
SO IT GETS PICKED UP.
