IS IN A SERIOU STSTATE OF DISREPAIR AND
RESIDENT WAS HANGING CLOTHES TO DRY ON
THE FENCE. NOT PART OF THIS CASE BUT
WILL DISCUSS WITH CASE OFFICER.

WTAKINS IS BIASED AGAINST HIM. I
REMINDED HIMM HE SPOKE WITH MARK JOYCE
ABOUT THAT THE WEEK BEFORE AND MARK
POINTED OUT THAT ALL OF THE CASES HAVE
PICTURES CLEARLY SHOWING VIOLATIONS. MR.
FRANK STATED THAT CITING THESE ISSUES IS
A "HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION." HE ALSO
STATED THAT ROBERT IS BIASED AND THEIS
IS ALL A "PLAN AGAINST THE MASTER RACE."
I ADVISED HIM IF HE DISAGREED THAT
THESE WERE VILATIONS HE CAN COME TO THE
HEARING ON 12/2/20 AND ADDRESS THE
MAGISTRAT WITHTHESE CONCERNS. PER HIS
REQUEST, I ALSO SENT HIM THE PICTURES
FROM THIS CASE WHICH MR. JOYCE HAD SENT
LAST WEEK AS WELL.
