FRANK STATED THAT CITING THESE ISSUES IS A "HUMAN RIGHTS VIOLATION." HE ALSO STATED THAT ROBERT IS BIASED AND THEIS IS ALL A "PLAN AGAINST THE MASTER RACE." I ADVISED HIM IF HE DISAGREED THAT THESE WERE VILATIONS HE CAN COME TO THE HEARING ON 12/2/20 AND ADDRESS THE MAGISTRAT WITHTHESE CONCERNS. PER HIS REQUEST, I ALSO SENT HIM THE PICTURES FROM THIS CASE WHICH MR. JOYCE HAD SENT LAST WEEK AS WELL.
