HE SAID THEY PUT THEIR TRASH IN FRONT OF
THEIR HOUSE NOT ACROSS THE STREET.I TOLD
HIM THAT YES THEIR BULK AND YARD WASTE
MUST ONLY BE PLACED ONLY IN FRONT OF
THEIR HOUSE BUT THE TRASH CAN GOES
ACROSS THE STREET AS THE TRUCK CAN ONLY
BACK UP TO PICKUP ACROSS THE STREET ON
DEAD END ROADS.I ALSO SPOKE WITH THE
OWNER OF 512 FRANKLIN NEXT TO 522 AND
ASKED IF HER TENANT IN THE REAR UNIT OR
THEY PUT TRASH IN FRONT OF THIS PROPERTY
AS THE OWNER SAID.SHE SAID THEIR
DAUGHTER LIVES IN THE REAR UNIT AND SHE
NOR THEM PUT TRASH IN FRONT OF 522.SHE
SAID THE OTHER NEIGHBORS ALL PUT TRASH
IN THAT SPOT AND AS SOON AS THE CITY
PICKS UP TRASH THEY START TO PUT TRASH
THERE AND IT STAYS THERE ALL WEEK UNTIL
IT GETS PICKED UP.I TOLD HER I TRIED TO
TALK TO THE NEIGHBORS BUT ONLY GOT TO
SPEAK WITH THE ONE ACROSS FROM HER AND
HE SAID THEY DO NOT PUT THEIR TRASH
THERE.TOLD HER IF THEY SEE ANYONE FROM
ACORSS THE STREET PUT BULK/YARD WASTE
THERE TO LET ME KNOW SO I CAN ADDRESS
THIS.I EXPLAINED THAT ONLY THE CANS ARE
TO BE PUT ON HER SIDE OF THE STREET FOR
PICKUP BUT THE BULK/YARD WASTE IS TO GO
IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS OWN PROPERTY
AS THAT TRUCK IS ABLE TO PICKUP ON BOTH

THE REAR UNIT AND NEITHER THEY NOR THEIR
DAUGHTRE PUT TRASH IN FRONT OF THE
DUPLEX.SAID THE NEIGHBORS ACROSS IN THE
AREA ALL PUT THEIR TRASH THERE AND THEY
START AFTER A PILE IS PICKED UP AND THEN
IT SITS THERE THE WHOLE WEEK BEFORE IT
GETS PICKED UP SOMETIMES AND IT LOOKS
BAD WITH TRASH OUT FRONT THERE.I TOLD
HER I WILL TRY TO TALK TO THE NEIGHBORS
AS I DIDN'T THINK SOME OF THE TRASH LIKE
THE YARD WASTE COMES FROM THE DUPLEX.
