HE ALSO STATED THEY HAVE NOT PAID IN A FEW MONTH AND AT SOME POINT HE WILL MOVE BACK INTO THE PROPERTY. HE ALSO STATED HE WAS TRYING TO HELP THEM SAVE MONEY, BUT THAT IS NOT GOING SO WELL.I MADE HIM AWARE I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOME AND THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THEY ARE PAYING TENANTS. I MADE HIM AWARE ONCE HE APPLIES FOR THE RENTAL TAX, SCHEDULE AND PASS THE RENTAL INSPECTION THE CODE CASE WILL BE COMPLIED AND CLOSED. HE STATED HE WILL APPLY AND SCHEDULE THE INSPECTION NEXT WEEK. I MADE HIM AWARE ONCE THE TENANTS MOVE OUT, HE CAN SUBMIT AN AFFIDAVIT OF NON-RENTAL.
