COMPLETE THE INSPECTION OF THE INTERIOR
OF THE PROPERTY ON TUESDAY OCTOBER 27,

PLEASE ADVISE WHICH TIME WORKS BEST FOR
YOU. ALSO, THE PROPERTY WAS RECENTLY
CITED FOR PROHIBITED VEHICLE; HOWEVER,
THE TENANT HAS BROUGHT THE TRAILER BACK
AND IT IS CURRENTLY PARKED ON THE
PROPERTY. PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS A
REPEAT VIOLATION AND THE PROPERTY COULD
BE FINED UP TO $300 PER DAY FOR THE
REPEAT VIOLATION. PLEASE SEE ATTACHED
PICTURES. REGARDING THE SODDING OF THE
SWALE AND BARE AREAS, PLEASE BE ADVISED
THE COMPLIANCE DATE WAS ON 10/16/2020;
THEREFORE, THE FINES WILL RUN FROM THAT
DATE UNTIL COMPLIANCE IS ACHIEVED($100
PER DAY). THE TENANT IS ALSO PARKING THE
TOW TRUCK ON THE CONCRETE PAVEMENT AND
IT IS CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE CONCRETE.

PEOPLE LIVING AT THE PROPERTY WAS PAYING
$1,000 PER MONTH TO LIVE AT THE
PROPERTY. HE ALSO STATED THEY HAVE NOT
PAID IN A FEW MONTH AND AT SOME POINT HE
WILL MOVE BACK INTO THE PROPERTY. HE
ALSO STATED HE WAS TRYING TO HELP THEM
SAVE MONEY, BUT THAT IS NOT GOING SO
WELL.I MADE HIM AWARE I HAVE SPOKEN TO
SEVERAL OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE HOME
AND THEY HAVE CONFIRMED THAT THEY ARE
PAYING TENANTS. I MADE HIM AWARE ONCE HE
APPLIES FOR THE RENTAL TAX, SCHEDULE AND
PASS THE RENTAL INSPECTION THE CODE CASE
WILL BE COMPLIED AND CLOSED. HE STATED
HE WILL APPLY AND SCHEDULE THE
INSPECTION NEXT WEEK. I MADE HIM AWARE
ONCE THE TENANTS MOVE OUT, HE CAN SUBMIT
AN AFFIDAVIT OF NON-RENTAL.
