ADVISED HER I WOULD RESEARCH THE ISSUES, INCLUDING HER NEW DOCUMENTATION, AND THEN RESPONDED THIS DATE. EMAILED HER SEEVARL PICTURES SHOWING A HIOSTORY FO PROEPRTY CONDITIONS AND ADVISED THE MONEY WOULD HAVE HAD TO BE SPENT REGARDLESS TO GAIN COMPLIANCE SO THAT IS NOT AN ISSUE BEING CONSIDERED. ALSO ADVISED THE LANDSCAPE WAS ALTERED SOMETIME BEWTEEN APRIL 2015 & 2016 AND WOULD NOT EVEN FIT THE DEFINITION OF BEING GRANDFATHERED ONCE ALTERED. EMAIL ATTACHED TO THE CASE.
