ALSO PLACING TREE TRUNKS AND OTHER
LANDSCAPE DEBRIS FROM HIS/HER COMMERCIAL
BUSINESS IN THE STREET FOR RESIDENTIAL
PICKUP. I DON?T BELIEVE THIS IS ALLOWED

KNOW.SAID SHE TOLD HIM ALREADY BUT HE IS
THE TYPE OF MAN WHO SAYS THAT HE HAS
BEEN IN THE BUSINESS 31 YEARS THAT THEY
HAVE THE RIGHT TO PUT IT OUT THERE.SAID
HE IS THE NEPHEW OF THE PALM BEACH
POLICE DEPT.SHE SAID HE DON'T LISTEN AT
ALL AND THIS IS GOING TO GO THE HER OR
THE LANDLORD AND THAT IS NOT WHAT SHE
WANTS.I TOLD HER THAT ULTIMATELY THE
LANDLORD WILL NOT BE HAPPY BECAUSE HE
WILL GET THE BILL OR LIENS IF THERE ARE
LIENS THAT ARE PUT ON THE PROPERTY FOR
NOT COMPLYING.I EXPLAINED THAT I WENT BY
YESTERDAY BECAUSE THE OTHER CODE OFFICER
HAD RECEIVED A COMPLAINT FROM THE
NEIGHBOR THAT HER LANDSCAPER ROOMMATE
PUTS OUT YARDWASTE FROM HIS BUSINESS
EVERYDAY WHICH IS NOT ALLOWED.SHE ASKED
ME A FAVOR TO CALL HIM AND GAVE ME THE
PHONE BUT WAS NOT CLEAN AND I DID NOT
GET AN ANSWER BACK.I THINK SHE HUNG UP.
