SMALLER AND TO GET THOSE BAGS OF LEAVES
OUT OF THERE.SAID THE BAGS OF LEAVES ARE
THEIRS BUT THE PALM FRONDS THEY DON'T
HAVE PALM TREES ON THEIR PROPRETY AND
THE FURNITURE WAS ALL NEXT DOOR AND IF I
LOOK THEY PUT IT ON HIS PROPERTY BECAUSE
THEY DON'T WANT TO BLOCK THEIR PROPERTY
SO ANYWAY HE WANTED TO MEET ME AT THE
PROPERTY AND COME UP WITH A SOLUTION
BECAUSE IT IS REALLY A PROBLEM.GOT TO
COME UP WITH RULES THAT'S GOING TO WORK
FOR HIS TENANTS LIKE WHERE TO PUT THE
TRASH CANS AND WHERE TO PUT THE
RECYCLING AND WANTS TO GET THE SYSTEM
DOWN.SAID HE WAS THERE TO ABOUT 11:30
WORKING WITH IT AND HIS TENANT TOLD HIM
I HAD COME BY AND WRITTEN IT UP SO HE
NEEDS HELP AND DON'T WANT TO GET A $300

TOLD HIM I LOOKED CLOSELY AT THE PILE
BETWEEN THE TWO PROPERTIES AND COULD SEE
THAT THE PALM FRONDS DIDN'T COME FROM
HIM PROPERTY AS THEY DON'T HAVE PALM
TREES AND NEXT DOOR HAS MANY PALM TREES
SO I WAS ABLE TO TALK THE THE FRONT
TRENANT WHO STATED THAT THE LANDSCAPER
HERE PUT OUT THE PALM FRONDS BUT THAT
THE FURNITURE CAME FROM MR. TIM'S
TENANTS WHO MOVED OUT ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO
AND HIS TENANTS ALWAYS PUT THEIR TRASH
THERE.I TOLD MR.TIM THAT I ALSO CITED
NEXT DOOR FOR THE LANDSCAPER WASTE AND
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.AND THAT THE TENANT
HAD CALLED THE LANDLORD AND TOLD HIM I
CITED THE PROPERTY AND SAID THE HIS
LANDLORD WAS GOING TO CALL FOR A SPECIAL
PICKUP FOR THE PILE.I TOLD MR.TIM THAT I
HAD ALSO POSTED A COPY OF THE SANITATION
GUIDELINES ABOUT THE BULK TRASH AND WHEN
WE MEET I WILL GIVE HIM GUIDELINES FOR
TRASH CAN AND RECOMEND THAT HE MAKE
COPIES TO GIVE EACH TENANT AND ALSO ANY
NEW TENANTS WHO SIGNS A LEASE.I
EXPLAINED THAT THE TRUCK THAT PICKS UP
THE TRASH CAN MUST BACK UP IN DEADEND
STREETS LIKE THIS ONE AND PICKSUP ONLY
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET SO CANS
FROM THE NORTH SIDE PROPERTIES MUST PUT
THEIR CANS ACROSS THE STREET FOR PICKUP
AND NOT OVERFILL THEM OR PUT IT TOO
CLOSE TO OBSTRUCTIONS LIKE VEHICLES,
OVERHEAD LINES/TREE BRANCHES, FENCES,
MAILBOXES,POLES,ETC.NOW THE BULK TRASH
IS A LIMIT OF 3 ITEMS PER WEEK AND THAT
IS TO BE PLACED ON THEIR OWN SIDE AS
THAT TRUCK HAS THE ABILITY TO PICKUP ON
BOTH SIDES.I TOLD HIM HIS LANDSCAPER
MUST TAKE ALL THE WASTE EVERYTIME THEY
COME TO WORK THERE UNLESS HE CALLS FOR A
SPECIAL PICKUP AHEAD OF TIME FOR $150
FEE.I TOLD HIM WE CAN LOOK AT THE
SITUATION THERE WHEN WE MEET AND GO OVER
EVERYTHING.HE AGREED TO MEET TODAY AT
2:30.
