| | 2020-07-01 | 10:04:49 | REINSPECTION | | | 2020-06-30 | 10:06:10 | COMMENTS | AT TIME OF INITIAL INSPECTION I SPOKE WITH LADY TENANT IN DOWNSTAIRS MIDDLE NORTH UNIT I BELIEVE APT. 2 REGARDING THE TRASH.SHE SAID SHE HAD PUT OUT THE BOXES BECAUSE SHE MOVED IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS NOT PICKED UP AND THE DRIVER TOLD HER THAT THE BOXES CAN'T BE MIXED.SO SHE SAID SHE FLATTENED THE BOXES BUT THEN THE OTHER TENANTS HERE UPSTAIRS STARTED TO PUT THEIR TRASH ON THE BOXES AND NOW SHE IS WORRIED THAT IT WON'T GET PICKED UP AGAIN AND SHE DID WHAT SHE WAS TOLD SO THAT THE TRASH GETS PICKED UP AND SHE WANTS THE AREA TO BE CLEAN.I TOLD HER THIS OWNER IN THE PAST HAS SAID THAT PEOPLE ACROSS THE STREET PUT THEIR TRASH THERE.SHE SAID SHE HAS ONLY SEEN THE TENANTS PUT THE TRASH OUT WHICH IS NOT GETTING PICKED UP.I EXPLAINED THAT YES SHE IS SUPPOSED TO FLATTEN THE BOXES AND KEEP IT SEPERATE AND THE HOUST GARBAGE MUST BE PUT IN THE TRASH CANS AND ONLY 3 BULK ITEMS GET PICKED UP EACH WEEK AND THEY MUST MAKE SURE THE TRASH IS NOT TOO CLOSE TO THE POLE OR VEHICLES SO THE CITY CAN PICK IT UP.I TOLD HER I WILL CITE THE PROPERTY AND TRY TO CONTACT THE OWNERS.SHE SAID YES PLEASE AND DON'T WANT THE OTHER TENANTS TO KNOW SHE GAVE THE INFORMATION BUT WANTS TO DO THE RIGHT THING SO IT STAYS CLEAN.
