I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT WHEN THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE TAKING THE STEPS TO TRY AND COMPLY,WE DO WORK WITH THEM AND ENSURE THEY'RE FOLLOWING CITY CODE. MRS. BROWN WASN'T TOO PLEASED WITH MY RESPONSE AND STATE SHE WOULD CALL ANOTHER OFFICER WHO WANTS TO WORK WITH HER. 11:24 AM TODAY,I SPOKE TO THE PROPERTY MANAGER (MARIANA) AND SHE INFORMED THAT THEY SENT THE COMPANY BACJ OUT ALONG WITH THEIR HANDYMAN TO SUPERVISE THE WORK IN ENSURING THAT THE PROBLEM IS FIXED, ALSO THEY HAVE PLACED MRS. BROWN AND HER CHILDREN IN A HOTEL UNTIL THE ISSUE WITH PIPES ARE FIXED AND UNIT IS DISINFECTED.

I THEN CALLED BACK THE TENANT, LEFT HER A VOICEMAIL TO CONTACT ME SO THAT WE CAN SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION (11:12 AM). THE TENANT, ALEXIS BROWN HAS YET TO RETURN MY CALL.
