CLYDE JOHNSON THAT HE MUST NOT BRING ANY WASTE FROM HIS LANDSCAPING BUSINESS AND PUT IT OUT IN FRONT OF HIS HOME AND CERTAINLY NOT DUMP IT IN FRONT OF THE NEIGHBORS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM THAT AS A LANDSCAER HE IS REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL WASTE THAT EMANATES FROM HIS BUSINESS TO SWA HIMSELF.WITH REGARDS TO THE CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS I EXPLAINED THAT IT REQUIRES A SPECIAL PICKU AHEAD OF TIME.HE SAID HE DID NOT KNOW THIS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME.I TOLD HIM RECENTLY I CITED THIS PROPERTY FOR DUMPING THE HUGE PILE OF CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS NEXT DOOR WHICH I WAS ABOUT TO CITE THE NEIGHBOR WHO WERE UPSET I WAS CITING THEM AND HE TOLD ME IT CAME FROM THIS PROPERTY AND THEY ALWAYS DUMP IN FRONT OF THEIR PROPERTY.SO I TOLD MR. JOHNSON THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN ON NOTICE WITH REGARDS TO THIS AS I HAD SPOKEN WITH HIS WIFE WITH THE PREVIOUS VIOLATION.I TOLD HIM HE HAS 24HOURS TO REMOVE ALL TRASH OF CALL FOR SPECIAL PICLKUP (FEE)ANDTO STOP BRINGING LANDSCAPING WASTE TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD.HE SIGNED FOR THE VIOLATION NOTICE.
