| | 2020-05-28 | 09:22:15 | COMMENTS | 9:18AM I CALLED/SPOKE WITH MR.BARIS KESER AND ASKED HIM IF HE HAS SOMEONE DO THE YARD AND HE SAID YES.I TOLD HIM THAT I WE HAD MET AT HIS PROPERTY ON A PREVIOUS CASE WHEN HIS YARD MAN PUT OUT WASTE FOR PICKUP AND EXPLAINED THE RULED TO HIM THEN.I TOLD HIM SINCE HE HAD SOMEONE DO THE CLEAN UP OF THE YARD OF THIS PROPERTY WHICH IS NOW UP FOR RENT THEY MUST NOT PUT OUT ANY TRASH OUT FOR PICKUP AS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL THEIR WASTE TO SWA.I TOLD HIM I DID SEE THAT HE HAS AN ACTIVE SANITATION ACCOUNT BUT WHEN HE HAS LANDSCAPING WORK DONE OR REPAIRS AT THE HOUSE ALL WASTE MUST BE TAKEN TO SWA BY THE WORKERS.I TOLD HIM THAT I HAS SPOKEN WITH THE NIEGHBOR NEXT DOOR ABOUT THE PILE IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE AND HE WAS UPSET THAT THE WORKERS PUT THEIR TRASH IN FRONT OF HIS PROPERTY AND WHEN HE CALLED THE NUMBER ON THE FOR RENT SIGN NO ONE RETURNED HIS CALL.I TOLD MR.KESER THAT WHEN I WENT BY TO REINSPECT I SAW THAT BOTH PILE HIS WORKRES PUT OUT GOT PICKED UP BY THE TRUCK DRIVER THIS TIME SO IN THIS CASE THERE WILL BE NO FEE CHARGED AND CASE WILL BE CLOSED.HE SAID HE UNDERSTANDS.
