OPTIONS TO COMPLY.HE SAID HIS NEIGHBOR GAVE HIM
PERMISSION TO PUT TRASH THERE.I TOLD HIM THAT AS A
LANDSCAPER HE IS REQUIRED TO TAKE ALL WASTE FROM
HIS JOB SITE ACCOUNTS TO SWA ONLY AND NOT BRING IT
AND PUT IT OUT IN FRONT OF HIS PROPERTY OR ANY
OTHER PROPERTY IN THE CITY AS THAT IS ILLEGAL
DUMPING.HE SAID HE WAS ONLY TRYING TO CUT CORNERS
AND WILL TRY TO SEE IF HE CAN BORROW A DUMP TRUCK
TO HAUL THE WASTE AWAY OR MAY CALL FOR SPECIAL
PICKUP IF NECESSARY.I TOLD HIM HE MUST COMPLY
