DETAILS CONDITIONS WHICH MAKE IT
DIFFICULT TO COMPLY THESE VIOLATIONS IN
A TIMELY MANNER. THE OWNER ASKED ME FOR
AN EXTENSION OF TIME DUE TO BEING LAID
OFF BECAUSE OF THE CURRENT COVID-19
PANDEMIC. I ADVISED THE HOMEOWNWER THAT
SHE SHOULD APPLY FOR AN INSPECTION ONLY
PERMIT AND SEE HOW SHE COULD
LEGALIZE/MAKE SAFE AND WHERE TO PROPERLY
PLACE HER WOODEN SHED STRUCTURE. 90 DAY
