SAID THE TENANT IS A HANDYMAN AND HE
BRINGS DEBRIS FROM TIME TO TIME AND AND
PUTS IT OUT FRONT AND OFTEN THE CITY
WILL PICK IT UP BUT SOMETIMES NOT.HE
SAID HE EVEN NOTICE THAT ONE DAY HE PUT
YARD WASTE ON THE DEBRIS SO THAT THEY
CITY DOESN'T NOTICE AND PICKS IT UP BUT
THEY DIDN'T.MR.BECKED SAID THE TENANT IS
THE ONE WHO PUT THAT DEBRIS OUT.

TO HER THIS MORNING THAT HE WAS GOING TO
LEAVE HIM A NOTE TO CLEAN IT UP.I TOLD
HER I NOTICED A PAPER ON THE WINDSHIELD
OF THE WHITE TRUCK BUT I DID NOT READ
IT.SHE SAID THAT IS THE TENANTS TRUCK
AND MAYBE HER HUSBAND DID LEAVE THAT
NOTE BEFORE HE WENT TO WORK.SHE SAID SHE
KNOWS THIS OWNER AND WILL CALL HER.I HAD
ALSO SPOKEN ON MONDAY WITH TWO OTHER
NEIGHBORS AND ONE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE
WHO PUT IT OUT AND THE ONE ACROSS THE
STREET FROM 920 SAID THEY DID NOT SEE
BUT THEY KNOW THE NEIGHBOR AT 920 AND
SHE WOULD NOT DO THAT.THEY SAID AT 916
ALMERIA THEY HAVE BEEN PUTTING THINGS
OUT AND THE OWNER DOES NOT LIVE THERE.I
TOLD MRS.BECKER THAT I WILL LEAVE A
NOTICE AT 916 REGARDING THE CLEAN UP OF
THE DEBRIS.
