(AT TIME IF INSPECTION WHITE MALE CAME UP TO MY
VEHICLE ASKING IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE
PROPERTY.I ASKED IF HE WAS THE OWNER AND HE SAID
HE WAS CHAUNCEY.I ASKED IF HE IS THE TENANT AND
AGAIN SAID HE WAS CHAUNCEY.I TOLD HIM I AM
ADDRESSING THE PILE OF TRASH DUMPED IN FRONT OF
THE NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY.HE SAID HE CLEANED UP AND
REMOVED THE CARPET FROM THE HOUSE AND PUT IT THERE
AND ASKED IF THAT WAS A PROBLEM.I TOLD HIM I WILL
POST A VIOLATION NOTICE, BECAUSE I DON'T THINK HE
IS BEING TRUTHFUL ABOUT WHO IS ACTUALLY IS,
REGARDING THE PILE OF TRASH DUMPED IN FRONT OF THE
NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY AND HE HAS 24 HOURS TO REMOVE
IT AND PUT IT BEHIND THE HOUSE OTHERWISE I WILL
HAVE IT PICED UP AND A MINIMUM $350.FEE WILL BE
ASSESSED.I TOLD HIM THE LAST TIME THEY DUMPED
TRASH THERE I WRONGFULLY CITED THE NEIGHBOR ON
3/2/20 AND HE CALLED ME VERY UPSET ABOUT IT
BECAUSE HE SAID THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN A CONSTANT
PROBLEM WITH THE TURN OVER OF TENANTS THAT HANG
OUT ALL DAY SMOKING AND URINATING ON THE FENCE AND
DUMPING TRASH IN FRONT OF HIS PROPERTY AND NOW HE
GETS CITED FOR IT.THE NEIGHBOR SAID THERE HAS BEEN
MULTIPLE POLICE INCIDENTS AT THE PROEPRTY AT THIS
DRUG REHAB PROEPRTY AND AFFECTS HIS RENTAL
PROPERTY.THE GENTLEMAN THEN TOLD HIM IS THE HOUSE
MANAGER.I TOLD HIM THAT I WILL ISSUE THE VIOLATION
NOTICE TO HIM AND HE MUST SIGN FOR IT.HE SIGNED
FOR THE VIOLATION NOTICE AS GRAHAM HALLIHAN/HOUSE
MANAGER AND TOLD ME THAT THE DON'T HAVE THE
PROBLEM WITH THE TENANTS ANYMORE HANGING OUT AND
THEY HAVE CLEANED UP THE APARTMENTS AND HE GAVE ME
A BUSINESS CARD "OVEAN BREEZE RECOVERY HOUSING
LLC" AND SAID THEY PROVIDE HOUSING TO DIFFERENT
TYPE OF PEOPLE IN NEED.I EXPLAINED THAT THEY MUST
STOP PUTTING OUT TRASH IN FRONT OF ANY OF THE
NEIGHBOR'S PROPERTY AND PUT THEIR TRASH OUT THE
NIGHT BEFORE THEIR SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY ONLY IN
FRONT OF THEIR HOUSE TO THE EAST SIDE OF THEIR
DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE. I EXPLAINED EACH VIOLATION AND
HOW TO COMPLY EACH ONE AND THAT THE PILE MUST ALL
BE REMOVED AND NOT LEFT OUT AND I ALSO PROVIDED
HIM WITH A COPY OF THE SANITATION GUIDELINES.
