(AT TIME OF INITIAL INSPECTION NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR
ASKED ME IF I WAS HERE FOR THE PILES OF YARD WASTE
IN FRONT OF THE VACANT LOT.SHE SAID THE OWNER HAD
THE LOT CUT/CLEANED UP AND THE PALM TREES THAT ARE
NEXT TO THE SIDEWALK TRIMMED BECAUSE IT WAS VERY
OVERGROWN AND OVERHANGING THE SIDEWALK.I ASKED IF
SHE SAW WHO DID THE WORK.SHE SAID IT WAS A
PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPER AND THE OWNER WAS THERE
WHEN THE WORK WAS BEING DONE AND THAT THE
LANDSCAPER PUT THE WASTE OUT THINKING THAT IT
WOULD GET PICKED UP BUT IT HASN'T.I ASKED WHEN WAS
THE WORK DONE.SHE SAID SHE BELIEVES ABOUT 10 DAYS
AGO.SHE SAID THE OWNER DOESN'T KNOW IT HASN'T BEEN
PICKED UP BECAUSE HE DOESN'T LIVE HERE BUT HE'S A
NICE GUY.I TOLD HER I WOULD CITE THE PROPERTY AND
HAVE THE WASTE PICKED UP IF THE OWNER DOESN'T DO

TO SWA OR CALL FOR SPECIAL PICKUP OR I
WILL HAVE IT PICKED UP (MIN. FEE
