DUMPSTER/ENCLOSURE AND EMPTY THE
OVERFILLED DUMPSTER ASAP.

HI LAURA,
COULD THIS PROPERTY BE CITED FOR CHRONIC
NUISANCE PLEASE. THERE ARE 2 LIEN CASES
WITH FINES RUNNING AND ALSO 2 POLICE
CASES THAT HAVE BEEN ADJUDICATED.
SEVERAL TIMES WE HAVE HAD TO ABATE THE
OVERFILLED DUMPSTERS AND AREA FOR EXCESS
AMOUNTS OF WASTE. CURRENTLY THEY HAVE
ONE DUMPSTER WHICH IS SERVICE TWICE A
WEEK ON TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS BUT THEY
TEND TO PRODUCE A LOT OF WASTE WHICH
OFTEN CAUSES THE DUMPSTER TO BE
OVERFILLED AND CREATE UNSANITARY
CONDITIONS. ALSO, THEY PRODUCE EXCESS
RECYCLING WASTE AND THEY DO NOT HAVE
RECYCLING SERVICE FROM SWA AND DO NOT
PROPERLY CONTAIN THAT WASTE. THEY NEED
TO ALSO REPAIR THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES
AS WELL.
