GUY CLEANED UP THE CLIPPINGS/LITTER AND
PUT IT OUT.HE ASKED IF I HAVE A
PICTURE.I TOLD HIM YES.HE SAID THERE IS
NOTHING TO CLEAN UP SO IT MUST BE
SOMEONE ELSE.I TOLD HIM TO ASK HIS LAWN
GUY IF BY CHANCE HE PUT IT OUT.ALSO I
ADVISED HIM THAT LANDSCAPERS MUST TAKE
ALL TRASH THEY CLEAN UP AND TAKE IT TO
SWA THEMSELVES AND NOT PUT OUT FOR
PICKUP.I TOLD HIM THAT THE REINSPECTION
PASSED SO THERE IS NO FEES BUT TO KEEP
AN CLOSE EYE ON THE PROEPRTY AS THERE IS
A NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION AND THEY
PRODUCE A LIST OF PROPERTIES WITH TRASH
OUT AFTE PICKUP ON MONDAYS.
