ON FRIDAY 5/29 AFTER MAKING PHONE
CONTACT WITH MR. NETH WE AGREED TO MEET
AT HIS PROPERTY. I EXPLAINED THE
VIOLATIONS TO HIM, HOWEVER, HE STATED
THAT THE SECOND PILE TO THE WEST WAS
DUMPED THERE BY SOMEONE ELSE. HE SAID
THAT WHILE HE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE CITY
IS CHARGING $350. FOR THE PICKUP OF HIS
PILE AND THE ONE DUMPED IN FRONT OF HIS
PROPERTY THE FEE IS VERY EXPENSIVE, BUT
IS HOPING THAT THE CITY COULD WORK WITH
HIM AND REDUCE THE FEE WHICH HE WILL BE
WILLING TO PAY. I AM FORWARDING HIS
REQUEST FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION PER HIS
REQUEST.

COULD MEET TO TAKE A CLOSER LOOK;HE
AGREED TO MEET NOW IN ABOUT 15 MINUTES.
