| | 2020-02-04 | 09:40:51 | COMMENTS | 9:18AM MS.ADRIANNA / IBERO REALTY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CALLED REGARDING VIOLATION NOTICE SHE RECEIVED.SHE STATED THAT NONE OF THE TRASH IS FROM THEIR PROPERTY.SAID IT WAS DUMMPED THERE BY THE PEOPLE ACROSS THE STREET AT 1015 9TH ST WHO ARE DOING WORK AT THE PRPERTY.I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT BEFROE CITING HER PROPERTY I SPOKE WITH ONE OF THE WORKERS REGADING THE PAINT AND DEBRIS AND YARD WASTE ON THIS SIDE OF THE STREET AND HE SAID THEY DID NOT PUT ANY OF THAT OUT THERE SO THAT IS WHY I CITED 1010 9TH.ADRIAN SAID THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE PROBLEM OF PEOPLE DUMPING AT THIS LOCATION AND THEY GET CITED FOR IT AND BILLED FOR THE PICKUP.I TOLD ASKED HER IF SHE OR ANYONE THERE SAW THEM PUT THE PAINT OUT THERE.SHE SAID THE MAINTENANCE MAN DID.SO I TOLD HER THAT I WILL ADDRESS THE VIOLATION TO THE PROPERTY ACROSS THE STREET BASED ON HER TESTIMONY AND HER MAINTENANCE GUY AND WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT TO TESTIFY IF NEEDED.SHE SAID THAT IS FINE.I RECOMMENDED TO HER TO INSTALL SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS ON HER BUILDING TO HELP CATCH WHO IS PUTTING THE TRASH OUT FRONT AND ALSO A SIGN.I ALSO ADVISED HER IF ANYONE LIKE HER TENANT OR MAINTENANCE MAN SEES SOMEONE DUMPING THERE TO SIMPLY TAKE PHOTOS FOR EVIDENCE AND CONTACT US SO WE MAY ADDRESS IT WITH THE CULPRIT.SHE SAID SHE WILL LET THE OWNERS KNOW SO WE CAN WORK TOGETHER ON THIS.I ALSO MENTIONED TO HER ABOUT THE PILE I CITED LAST WEEK FOR THE OVERSIZED BULK PILE.SHE SAID NONE OF THAT WAS FROM THEIR PROPERTY EITHER AS THEY ONLY HAVE ONE TENANT IN UNIT 3 AND NO ONE IS DOING WORK IN THE UNITS OR MOVED IN/OUT.
