SHE ASKED IF SHE CAN MAKE PARTIAL
PAYMENTS ON THE $350. BILL. I TOLD HER
I WAS NOT SURE IF THE CITY ALLOWS THAT
OR NOT; PLEASE ADVISE. I TOLD HER
PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WOULD GIVE HER A
MONTH TO PAY IT OFF.

REMOVING THE LANDSCAPER WASTE THE BILL
WOULD HAVE TO BE PAID.SHE ASKED IF SHE
COULD PAY PARTIAL PAYMENTS.I TOLD HER I
AM NOT SURE BUT IF SHE PAYS BY CREDIT
CARD THAT WOULD GIVE HER A MONTH TO PAY

IT AWAY AND NOT PUT IT OUT AND NOW IT
WILL SIT THERE FOR A WEEK.I TOLD MS.
GREEN THAT IS WHY I WENT TO TAKE A LOOK
AND CITED THE PROPERTY.I ASKED HER IF
SHE LIVES AT THE PROPERTY AND SHE SAID
NO.I TOLD HER THEN SHE MUST HAVE SOMEONE
THAT DOES THE LANDSCAPING AND SHE SAID
YES.I TOLD HER THEY LEFT THE PILE OUT
LIKE THE NEIGHBOR COMPLAINED ABOUT.SHE
SAID SHE DID NOT HAVE THEM DO ANY
TRIMMING.I TOLD HER I RECALL SEEING THE
MANGO TREE ON THE PROPERTY THAT HAD BEEN
TRIMMED AND THAT WAS SOME OF THE DEBRIS
THAT WAS THERE WITH SOME OTHER
VEGETATION.I TOLD HER I WOULD HAVE TO
TAKE A LOOK AT MY NOTES IN THE CASE TO
SEE WHERE WE LEFT OFF AND GET BACK WITH
HER ON MONDAY.

ULTIMATELY REMOVED THE WASTE ON 1/31/20
AND THEREFORE CHARGED THE FEE FOR THE
PICKUP. THE VIOLATION WAS NOT FOR ANY
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS. ATTACHED PLEASE
FIND THE DOCUMENTATION ON THIS CASE.
