AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO HER BUT SHE
SAID SHE DOES NOT BELIEVE ME.

$350. TO THE CITY FOR CONTAMINATED YARD
WASTE.SAID THAT BASED ON THE DATE OF
THIS WHOLE SITUATION SHE REMEMBERS THAT
AN INSPECTION WENT BY BUT DOES NOT KNOW
IF IT WAS ME BUT WILL HAVE TO LOOK AT
HER NOTES BUT SHE IS AT WORK AND DOESN'T
HAVE HER NOTES WITH HER.SHE SAID THE
TENANTS PUT OUT SOME TRASH AND SHE
TALKED TO THE INSPECTOR AND SHE SAID
DON'T WORRY SHE WILL TALK TO HER TENANTS
AND SHE WILL PICK IT UP AND IT WILL BE
THROWN AWAY AND THAT WAS ON A FRIDAY
THAT SHE REMEMBERS 100% BUT HONESTLY SHE
HAS TO LOOK AT HER NOTES AND EVERYTHING
IS AT HOME.I TOLD HER THAT I DO NOT
RECALL TALKING TO ANYONE OTHER THAN HER
MALE TENANT WHO CAME OUT AFTER HE SAW ME
OUT FRONT AND I DECIDED TO PUT THE
NOTICE ON THE GATE.I TOLD HER HE ASKED
ME IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM AND I TOLD HIM
I WAS POSTING THE NOTICE FOR THE HUGE
PILE OF TRASH THAT HAS TO BE CLEANED
UP.HE SAID HE WOULD CALL THE OWNER NOW
SO HE DID BUT I BELIEVE HE COULD NOT GET
A HOLD OF ANYONE SO I TOLD HIM THAT IF
THE TRASH IS NOT REMOVED OR THEY DON'T
CALL FOR A SPECIAL PICKU FOR A FEE THEN
I WOULD HAVE TO HAVE IT PICKED UP AND
WILL BE MORE EXPENSIVE.I TOLD HIM I WILL
BE BACK ON MONDAY.WHEN I ASKED HIM WHO
PUT OUT THE TRASH HE SAID THAT THE
TENANTS IN THE BACK MOVE OUT AND THE
TENANTS PUT IT OUT.MRS.ARAGON SAID THAT
HER TENANTS HAD SOME BENCHES AND CARPET
ON THE PATIO AND THEY WERE TOLD NO IT
CANNOT BE OUT THERE.SHE SAID THAT BY
TUESDAY THEY ACTUALLY WENT OUT AND
PICKED UP EVERYTHING AND EVERYTHING WAS
THROWN AWAY AT SOLID WASTE BECAUSE THAT
IS WHERE HER HUSBAND WORKS.I TOLD HER
THAT I HAD ALREADY SPOKEN WITH HER
HUSBAND AND HE SAID AT FRIST THAT HE
TOOK EVEYTHING TO SOLID WASTE BUT THEN
STATED THAT HE LEFT SOME FURNITURE FOR
THE CITY TO PICKUP AND NOW SHE IS
TELLING ME THAT EVERYTHING WAS REMOVED
AND NOTHING WAS LEFT OUT.SHE SAID THEY
PICKED UP EVERYTHING AND EVERYTIHING WAS
TAKED TO SOLID WASTE AND NOW THEY
RECEIVED THE INVOICE.SO NOW SHE SAID
THAT THERE WAS CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS AND
PEOPLE PUT TRASH THERE AT THE CORNER.I
EXPLAINED THAT MY REINSPECTION FAILED
BECAUSE NOTHING WAS REMOVED BY MONDAY
AND WHEN THE CITY GOT THERE PER THE
PHOTOS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE THEY
REMOVED WHAT WAS LEFT OUT WHICH WERE
SOME OF THE TRASH I HAD ORIGINALLY
CITED.I ASKED IF THEY LEFT ANYTHING OUT
BECAUSE HER HUSBAND TOLD ME A DIFFERENT
VERSION.SHE SAID THEY LEFT BAGS OF YARD
WASTE.I ASKED IF WE ARE TALKING ABOUT
THE SAME TRASH AND IF SHE REMEMBERS WHAT
MONTH SHE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING.SHE SAID
SHE BELIEVES IT WAS FEBURARY OR MARCH
BUT DOES NOT HAVE HER NOTE THERE BUT YES
IT WAS FEBURARY.I TOLD HER THE NOTICE I
LEFT WAS ON 1/24.SHE SAID THAT WAS WHEN
HER TEANTS HUSBAND WAS MOVING OUT.SAID
YES IT WAS JANUARY WHEN THEY CLEANED UP
EVERYTHING ADN THREW IT AWAY.HE SADI THE
HUSBAND WAS MOVING OUT AND HE WAS
CLEANING OUT EVERYTHING AND SHE TOLD HIM
THESE THINGS CAN NOT BE OUT THERE IN THE
PATIO AND THAT WAS JANUARY WHEN THIS
HAPPENED.SHE SAID AFTER THEY CLEANED UP
EVERYTHING THE ONLY THING THEY LEFT OUT
WAS THE LEAVES AND BAGS OF REGULAR
THINGS.I TOLD HER WHAT THE CITY PICKED
UP WAS FURNITURE AND OTHER ITEMS I HAD
CITED.SHE SAID SHE DOES NOT BELIEVE ME
AND SHE WORKS FOR THE COUNTY AND SHE
KNOW HOW THINGS WORK BUT IS NOT SAYING
I'M LYING BUT KNOWS HOW CONTRACTOR'S
WORK.BUT SAYS SHE DOES NOT BELIEVE ME
BECAUSE THE TRASH THAT WAS LEFT THERE
WAS PICKED UP.I TOLD MR.ARAGON THAT I
WILL FORWARD THIS TO MY SUPERVISOR SO HE
CAN DISCUSS THIS WITH HER ABOUT THE
BILL.SHE ASKED WHEN WILL SHE KNWO
SOMETHING.I TOLD HER TO GIVE IT UNTIL
NEXT FRIDAY BUT HE WILL PROBABLY GET TO
IT SOONER IF NOT I WILL ASK HIM AGAIN.

THE PROPERTY ON FRIDAY AND THE ENTIRE
PILE WAS STILL THERE SO I TURNED IN THE
WORK ORDER TO HAVE THE TRASH PICKED UP
WHICH IS WHY THEY GOT THE BILL FOR THE
TRASH THE CITY PICKED UP.HE SAID HE LEFT
OUT SOME FURNITURE AND ASKED DOESN'T THE
CITY PICK UP FURNITURE.I TOLD HIM YES
THEY DO BUT IN THIS CASE BECAUSE THE
WORK ORDER WAS DONE WHICH FAILED MY
REINSPECTION 3 DAYS LATER AFTER THE
WEEKEND AND NOT ALL OF THE TRASH WAS
REMOVED THE CITY GOT TO WHAT HE LEFT OUT
BETWEEN THE TIME HE SAID HE REMOVED
EVERYTHING AND WHEN THE CITY GOT TO THE
PROPERTY TO PICKUP WHAT WAS THERE WITH
THE WORK ORDER.HE SAID HE WILL HAVE HIS
LAWYER CONTACT ME.
