DETER DUMPING.HE SAID HE WILL CALLED
CONTACT ROCHARD BOGOTIN REGARDING CREDIT
AND WILL MAKE THE REQUEST ALSO.

DOES NOT FEEL THAT THEY SHOULD PAY CITY
FEE FOR THE CLEAN UP.I EXPLAINED THAT
THE FEE WAS CHARGED BECAUSE THE CITY
CLEANED UP THEIR LOT.I MENTIONED THAT
THE CITY HAS ALSO INSTALLED A "NO
DUMPING" SIGN ON THE PROPERTY TO DETER
THE DUMPING AND SUGGESTED THAT THEY ALSO
INSTALL A FENCE SO AS TO DETER THE
CONTINUING DUMPING.DELLA SAID SHE DOES
NOT THINK THAT WILL RESOLVE THE
PROBLEM.I EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD DETER
DUMPING ON THE PROPERTY BUT YES IT DOES
NOT MEAN THAT NO TRASH WILL BE DUMPED
IN THE ADJOINING SIDEWAL/STREET CURB BUT
IT HELPS.I ASKED FOR A DIRECT CONTACT SO
THAT IN THE FUTURE THE CITY CAN INFORM
THEM TO MAINTAIN THE LOT CLEAN FROM
TRAASH/DEBRIS IF THE CITY CAN'T
DETERMINE AND CITE THE PEOPLE THAT DUMPS
