AND ADVISED HE THOUGHT HIS PROPERTY WAS
"GRANDFATHERED IN" SO DIDN'T NEED
PAVING. HE WAS ADVISED THERE IS NO
GRANDFATHER CLAUSE IN THE CODE. HE ALSO
WANTED TO CHECK IF "DRAIN ROCK" WAS OK
BECAUSE IT IS A NONDUSTING SURFACE. HE
WAS ADVISED THAT CODE SPECIFICALLY
STATES "PAVED" SO HIS DRIVEWAY WOULD BE
IN VIOLATION REGARDLESS OF THE RCK TYPE.
HE LASO ASKED WHEN THE CODE WENT INTO
EFFECT AND RESEARCH REVEALED THAT CODE
STATED 'PAVED' AS A REQUIREMENT DATING
BACK TO 1979. HE ASKED FOR ADDITIONAL
TIME AND WAS ADVISED THE NEW EHARING
DATE WOULD BE 4/1/20. ADVISED HIM HE
WOULD RECEIVE A NEW NOTICE WITH THE NEW
DATES AND ADVSED CASE OFFICER OF SAME.
