OWNER OF THE PROPERTY CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS AND
LEFT THE TRAILER AND TRASH THERE AND THEY WERE
DISASEMBLING THE TRAILER AND HE THOUGHT THEY WERE
GOING TO TAKE IT ALL AWAY BUT IT HAS BEEN THERE
FOR ABOUT 2 WEEKS NOW.HE SAID HIS LANDLORD IS THE
OWNER OF THAT PROPERTY.I TOLD HIM I WILL CITE THE
PROPERTY FOR THE TRASH.HE SAID HE WILL LET THE
OWNER KNOW.)
